If we only count "used" as something used operationally, then lots of French Vehicles and weaponry suddenly fall under this category too. So it works both ways. You cant be selective when it works only in your favor and not for everyone else.

Vehicles do not disappear. You logged in on wrong account. Check again what account you are using now, and what you used originally.
It's definitely more solid than anything previous as it actually contains a value.
This was done when we were close to Rank VII for ground and we are not there for Aircraft right now.
Nothing in any immediate plans. It means nothing really. Germany just has a very large tree and the Panzer III makes sense as a reserve.
