This game is quite complex and can be hard to master. There really aren't many videos out which cover how to play Submarines, but there are many videos regarding Destroyer play. You can learn some positioning concepts from Destroyers that will translate to the stealthy, underwater play of Submarines~
First and foremost, don't be afraid to have space between you and the enemy. As you play more, you'll identify what openings exist and how to make use of them!
Matchmaker being Random allows for more variety in experiences. Sometimes you're the higher tier ship and sometimes you're the lower tier ship and that can cause different situations and decisions for your play.
It's not uncommon to see players with thousands of games!

It's been reviewed and there were abnormally long periods of inactivity that caused the penalty. Being not active (not moving/shooting) will be viewed by the system as inactivity, so please try to have at least some form of movement/activity where possible.
