Commanders!
Operations weren't available for a short period tonight as there was a timing setting which needed to be adjusted.
They are back up and available now :)
Fair Winds and Calm Seas!
Thanks for the report!
Update on Operations: We are actively working on it. I don't have an ETA right now.

Why are you thinking there are Divisions?
Update Patch Notes are here: https://worldofwarships.com/en/news/game-updates/update-0115/
Should be 1 vs 1.
You can learn about HE Shells here:
and about AP Shells here:
-
In general, you want to us HE Shells unless you see a broadside target. If it's the same type of ship as you, then AP might be able to Citadel the enemy ship for large damage. If it's a bigger ship type than you then you can keep using HE to light fires and try to get damage into the Superstructure.
The game is remarkably complex, so there's really a lot to learn. That's a functional place to start, though.
I spoke about this a week and a half ago. Check that out here.

The dispersion looks like be either in-front of or behind the sub's actual position. So it could be something like this:
-
the Ping Dispersion is "on the line" to the target. Something like this:
The key reference is the "tilde". Both the "tilde" and the "O" keys activate Priority Sector.
https://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Ship:Anti-Aircraft_Fire
The Priority Sector section is a read, but it's worth understanding how to use it.
While yes, the Permacamos will be upgraded into standard Permanent Economic Bonuses after the Conversion... that's not a reason to avoid playing a ship.
If someone wants to play one of their ships, it's perfectly ok to do so.
This.
I have told you how it works. I gave examples.
In a way, they do. Ping Indicators only appear in the direction the ping was fired. Unless the ping is fired in exactly the same way, deviation could cross the X where the Sub is, or help anyway.
Example 1:
Example 2:
-
Granted, the Sub is likely moving but if you see the Ping Indicators you can always catch the direction the ping was fired based on the curve of it.
As Sailor_Moon said~
Thank you for the write-up <3
