The limit on DD/SS to 4 is if the longest wait in Queue is 0-39 seconds. The limit moves to 5 after that, but given enough wait the limits soften as normal.

It's 11am on Sunday whereas our Population peaks more in the evening.

Lower Tier Battles can provide that experience. Tiers 1 and 2 should not expect to see CVs. Tiers 1-4 should not expect to see Subs.

Destroyers are a standard ship type in our game and are present through all Tiers except Tier 1.

You can organize BB/CA-only events in Training Rooms if you'd like. That is something some in the Community would love to participate in.

I don't understand the "MUST be a WWII game". My point is only that Carriers require some form of plane damage to avoid the Unsporting penalty. I don't believe other ship types do, but Carriers are specific in that a Plane must incur at least some form of damage to an enemy ship during the match.

Once you learn how to deal ANY damage with planes to an enemy ship, you don't have to worry about the Unsporting.

I've linked videos above of how CVs attack. I have other videos if you need more specific examples.

While it is frustrating to turn pink while just trying to learn a class, CVs are expected to contribute to the match in more ways than just spotting. The penalty is a firm reinforcement of that expectation. It is not an unreasonable ask.

For now, please use the Training Room to practice attacking some bots with your Kaga.

If you want a moving Target that isn't a bot, you can set your CV to move around and just attack the CV. It's a Training Room so it's just for practice.

The middle scroll wheel can help with zooming in and out. If you don't have one, you can change the keybind to something else if you'd like. You don't "need" to scroll in/out, but it can be helpful in making your view more comfortable at times.

You, you can invite others if you'd like. We host entire Tournaments using our Training Rooms.

As you become better with CVs, you should always expect to get at least some damage in with their planes. As long as any damage is done from a plane to a ship the Unsporting will not happen.

Here is a video of me setting up a Training Room and using it.

You can Create your own Room. You don't need to join another room that already exists.

-

Select Training Battle:

Choose "Create Battle" in the bottom-right corner.

Choose your setting. The most important aspect is how many players you can choose. You might make a room with multiple bots to shoot, for instance.

Add Bots to interact with. You can have them Move, Shoot, Both, or just sit stationary while you practice.

Initially the ping would be "within 3km of the Sub", so a Radius of up to 3km from it.

That was cut in half, and then reduced again to "within 1km of the Sub". There are calls for it to be more accurate still, but that is the current variance.

Training Battles unlock at 200 Battles Played. Unfortunately, the Training Room is the only option where the Unsporting Penalty conduct will not occur if a CV does 0 Damamage with Planes. Any damage at all from a Plane to an enemy Ship should prevent the penalty.

The best that I can do is offer guidance on how to land damage while playing a CV. While there are some people that feel it is extremely easy, the reality is that it is not intuitive for everyone.

CVs are pretty tricky in terms of aiming. Try checking out these two videos and see if they help out at all.

All things being equal, they would net the same amount of XP.
