I'm infamy level 4 and just got the last reaper gear. I noticed I didn't have the reaper bracers and I was supposed to get them after reaching level 3 infamy

I am sorry to hear you did not get the Reaper Bracers that are granted for free.

First of all, could you please make sure that you've installed the latest 14th of December game update?
In the meantime, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to make further research. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for investigations.
I would also kindly ask you to provide us with the images of the infamy level and the resources you have in your inventory.
Would you also be able to send us a video of this issue, please? It will help us get a better understanding of your issue in order to facilitate further investigation.

@lstace7478 You can post the screenshots and video clips here on this thread if you'd like! Or, you can open a ticket with us on either our Support site, or by posting on Twitter and tagging us! I do recommend uploading those clips to YouTube as unlisted videos. That will be the easiest way for us to view those videos. Thank you so much!

So that we could forward your information over to our team and in order to assist the on-going review, could I possibly ask you to upload your save file where you have issue present to cloud? To do this, just simply follow steps outlined here. This will allow our team to access it and will be extremely beneficial record to have for reproduction purposes.
