So I just bought and downloaded the standard version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla via Epic Games store and once the download was complete, Ubisoft Connect wants me to download 56GB worth of files again for some reason.

I tried confirming the file directory in Ubisoft Connect and verifying the files but it didn't work. Please help, I don't wanna download the game twice!

Hello zubairkhalil200 thank you for getting in touch with us.

Is the extra 56GB worth of files downloading, not the updates? At the moment my total file size for the game's installation is 122GB total, though I have the season pass content downloaded also.

Hey @malthus0

If you own the season pass for example, you will be downloading all the additional content since release too, as well as any patches that have released since the game was originally released.

@bresker90 Hey! It seems that the additional download is more than likely an update file. The base game is being downloaded and then an update file, it is recommended that you do complete the full downloads as it will give you the most recent update that has resolved any bugs etc..

Hello there @Famakal! Welcome to the forums 🙂

Are you being prompted to download 200GB of data when installing Assassin's Creed Valhalla? I'm aware the file size can be a little large, especially if you own additional content like the season pass, or if an update needs to be installed as well. The base game itself should only be around 77GB once installed. Please note that the exact size may vary based on the language pack installed.

If you're having trouble downloading Assassin's Creed Valhalla, then please let us know and we'll gladly take a closer look.

Thanks! 😊

@king_ludaka Hey there! I am glad you're able to update and launch your game without a problem.

As far as the Twilight pack - our teams are aware of the delay on them, and you should get an email soon on how to redeem your content.

With the crashes you're encountering with the Animus store, can you please let me know if you're getting a specific error message or code when this happens?

Hey @king_ludaka - glad to hear the crashes stopped! After taking a look at your account, I can see that you've managed to access the expansion. Have you also received your Twilight Pack?

Regarding your questions about the upgrade: all the items purchased in the in-game Animus Store should be automatically upgraded to Divine quality, if you own Dawn of Ragnarok 😊

@TTVjlmcycles - Sorry to hear you're missing the content in Fortnite! Unfortunately, we can't investigate this on our side. Could you please contact Epic support regarding this, so that they can take a closer look at your Fortnite account? Thanks! 😉
