Hi guys, i have two issues i need assistance with, firstly I have been trying to upgrade the Raventhrope settlement in England, everytime I go into cities to loot supplies, it keeps giving me silver only no supplies, I don't know what is the cause of that and I have pretty much searched every supply box in England I only get silver.

My second issue I have attached a photo below, I have 416 in power, when I use fate to allocate this point, it uses all 416 power, but mastery tree doesn't show up neither am I able to earn mastery points, I was of the impression that when I get up to 400 power mastery point will appear, please help me out with these two issues.

Hello @f4ithking,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

After checking this for you I can confirm that the missing supplies issue is currently being investigated and a fix is planned to be released in a future update. Once the resolution is deployed, we will let everyone know through the patch notes.

Now, about the second issue, I can confirm that with the recent TU 1.3.0, the skill tree has been expanded (you can see additional skills on the top, left, and right corners) and the maximum Power is now 430. Based on this, you won't be able to get mastery skills and will be required to level up in order to activate master skills again.

I hope it helps and if you have any additional questions, please let us know!

Hello @f4ithking thank you for your follow up question. I am afraid we are only able to confirm when a patch has resolved a particular issue, when the patch notes become available on our Valhalla news blog, this would be the same for all our titles.

We are unable to tell players exactly which update version will fix this particular issue, as this is not yet confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

@f4ithking Thanks for sending this additional screenshot across to us!

In order to investigate further, can you send us a zoomed out picture of this screen? So we can see the whole screen, and the information shown on the left and right. This will be useful for getting more information about what is happening. Thanks!

Thanks for clearing that up for us, @azullFR

Does that fully explain the mastery points for you, @f4ithking ? You'll be able to get mastery points once reaching the new maximum of 466 😎 In regards, to your question about supplies, we're continuing to investigate this internally. Let us know if you've any other questions.

@azullfr I got the Heidrum Slum aquired and for once is not bugged for me,I can sprint on foot and on horseback too. Lucky woman ,I like riding fast as fast travelling on PS4 takes longer than using the horse.

Awesome to hear. Are you needing support with anything?

Thank you for providing this additional screenshot, @f4ithking! 🙂

I've double-checked with the Assassin's Creed Valhalla team, and can confirm that the current maximum skill level is 466. After this point, you should then earn Mastery Points that you can then assign to the Mastery nodes, which should appear once you've finished unlocking the whole skill tree.

I apologise for any confusion caused by the increasing skill level cap with each released expansion, and hope that you shouldn't encounter any further issues with acquiring Mastery Points when hitting the current cap! I've also flagged our public article about this topic to receive an update, as I've noticed that it's not been updated yet since the release of The Siege of Paris!

Please keep us updated as to whether you encounter any further issues, and I hope that you've been having a great weekend so far! 🙂

Hey stevez_pun, if you are having trouble contacting another player via their profile page on the forum, you can always try adding that player to your Ubisoft Connect friends, and starting a chat with them from the Ubisoft Connect launcher if you play on PC. You can also chat whilst in-game using the Connect overlay too.

At the moment, we are aware there is an issue with the 'Send Message' tool on this forum and we are hoping to resolve it soon.
