I have all of the Berserker items except the Raider tattoos via the pre-order/Ultimate thing. I didn't know Raider tattoos were part of that set so only started buying those that appeared in Reda's shop quite recently. Now the whole set is in the Helix store and it's something I'd consider buying to complete the collection that I have . . .

. . . BUT . . .

. . . the game states that I own 3 items, not 22, so the discount is only 23% rather than . . . whatever it should be. Ninety-something per cent.

Is there a fix coming in the next 4 1/2 days or is there a workaround?

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered some trouble with the Berserker Theme Pack within the Animus Store. Thank you for taking the time to share your reports with us.

I understand that you both originally own the Berserker Pack from owning the Ultimate Edition version of the game. I've passed your reports along to the dedicated teams so they can take a closer look at why this Pack is showing as available to purchase in your Animus Stores.

@SpirantCrayon22 - You mention that the game states that you own 3 of the items. Do these happen to be the Raider tattoos? I'm wondering if this has something to do with how the items were acquired in-game. Knowing if the game registers the items you purchased from Reda as "Owed" could be useful information.

@SteveZ_Pun - The Raider Tattoo set was available as a bonus for players who ordered the "Eivor the Wolf-Kissed" figurine, and was not included with the Ultimate Edition of the game. I apologise for any confusion caused by this.

I do understand that the issue itself is regarding game not recognizing the content you own and therefore offering incorrect discount, meaning that one way to resolve it is to make sure that correct content is identified and discount % corresponds accordingly. Nevertheless, this isn't something we're able to confirm as far as resolution is concerned, as we're still awaiting for further details from our team.

We have not received yet any updates from the relevant department and therefore can not confirm anything as of now.

Hello again!

I apologise for the double post. We've just received an update from the dedicated teams regarding this issue. A fix for the Berserker Theme Pack not showing as owned in the Animus Store is due to be deployed in TU 1.5.2, which will be released May 24th 2022. You can read the patch notes for this update here!

Berserker pack isn't marked as owned in the Animus Store if acquired by owning the Ultimate Edition.


If you notice the Berserker pack still isn't marked as owned in the Animus Store following the release of TU 1.5.2, please don't hesitate to share an update with us within this thread so we can look into this further.
