[2020] [BUG] [Quest/Assignement] Clueless Courier

Hi Malefica! Can you provide a screenshot from in-game by chance? If I remember correctly, it asks you to deliver it either to a ship or to a lighthouse? Are you clicking directly on the location? Does this happen to you with a specific ship?

Unfortunately it sounds as though this is an issue with your save as it worked the first time you played.

Could you please submit a support ticket and our Customer Support team will look into this further with the Anno 1800 team.

Hello everyone,

If you attempt this quest on a save where it is already broken / corrupted, we believe that it may be impossible to complete the quest. However, a fix was previously implemented, meaning that fresh starts of the quest should allow its completion without issue.

As such, as my colleague Houck advised above, it would be best to try this quest in a new save game, and let us know if issues then persist, so we can reopen the investigation if needed. Thank you.

For anyone experiencing this bug with the 'Clueless Courier' quest after trying the steps suggested by Ubi-Woofer, I have re opened this issue with the game team, as it seems it was not fixed for all of you.

Again, if anyone can submit videos or images of it happening currently, on an updated game on a new save file, it would be most helpful, thank you.

I'm sorry you're also facing this issue; it is quite earlier the game and so it is understandably very frustrating.
