Does the dlc have region restrictions? I haven't been able to see it in the app neither the store for the past 2 days (Chilean store), thanks in advance
No, all content should be available in all regions where Ubisoft sells the game.

We haven't announced any plans for additional DLCs so far.
But does that mean there will never be any further dlc or pack after this?
It means what I wrote: That there are currently no additional or further DLCs for Anno 1800 announced.
Do you know if ill be able to still get items from the anarchist dlc even in mercier is not in the game?

I believe so. And since it is not something we officially support, I can't really comment on the modding community's efforts, no matter how cool or helpful they may be :)
Did you fix the bug that causes AI NPCs to settle in Enbesa before you? Do you even consider it a bug?
