a desync usually happens when the data of two or more players is not in synch, i.e. a certain action a player triggered a bit earlier lead to different information being created on the machines of different players. As soon as the game notices this, the desync appears.
In most cases, loading an older savegame and not doing the action should solve it.
To help us figure out, which actions are likely to cause these issues, it would be great if you could send us affected "broken" savegames. Feel free to send them to me via private message.
Are there any plans to release the cosmetic DLC as a pack or will it all be individual for the foreseeable future?

): There are no words about the Ubisoft Connect's Rewards bug. (You know they are free now, right? Well, some of us have them active in Ubisoft Connect but not in-game and even if we want to pay we can't get them).
As you correctly noted yourself, this is related to Ubisoft Connect, not Anno 1800 itself.
Oh thats why i never got the hugo main quest in my 90h save.

Looks good! Hopefully the stuck expedition and stuck Enbesa quest will be removed without having to start a new game.
Unless we specifically mention it (which is very rare), all fixes should usually apply to running quests/ saves.
On behalf of the team: Thank you all for your kind words! I have only been with the team for 3 1/2 years myself (many of them have been working on 5 Anno games by now), but seeing all their talent and love for the Anno community has been extremely inspiring.
And I can assure you that many members of the team from all disciplines frequently read your comments and feedback here on Reddit, but also on the forums and Anno Union :)
