What are the "XP" tokens? Are rewards going to be added past level 100 on the base XP track because if XP tokens give XP I don't see them being very useful if I'm already 100?
These will boost your BP earn rate when playing with friends - and they stack as you get more of them

You'll be able to earn 5 more via the battle pass free track. And if you purchase the premium battle pass you can get another 5 standard, 1 epic and 1 legendary.

This is incorrect. The 18 trackers are in the free rewards track. The paid rewards have 100 other rewards (9 of which are trackers)
Why is reward 18 and 68 both a lifeline season 1 kill badge?
23 and 78 are both Bangalore.
13 and 58 are Octane?

There's only a few cool ones, but look at it this way, it costs 950 apex coins and you can grind 1000 and comes with 5 ticks. I'm guessing the yellow loot tick is a guaranteed legendary. All in all it's a great deal, I don't think I'm going to feel ripped off.

That feels like pretty fair value for 950 AC!
I'd say legend skin might be worse since it actually matters what legend you play (unlike in fortnite where it's cosmetic). At least anyone can use a Havok in any given game where they find one
The level 100 Havoc skin is the first ever 3-stage evolving Legendary weapon skin.
As you get more kills (within the match), its eyes glow and its nostrils emit smoke, etc.
It depends on how the leveling system works. I know they said it would by xp based, but that could mean the each tier requires the same amount of xp. We also don't know if there is account xp and battlepass xp that is earned separately.
All BP levels are the same amount of Battle Pass Points. It's essentially Match XP + various bonuses = Battle Pass Points that level up the BP level.

Completely separate - nothing will happen to your account level (Player Level). It will stay where it is and you can progress as normal

Basically there are now two progression paths - Player Level and Battle Pass Level. Battle Pass Level is earned similarly to Player Level - via playing the game an earning XP, with a few BP only bonuses. Both tracks are separate and independent - so two rewards tracks!
I think I'm feeling a little under the weather tomorrow. A day of "rest" should do me good.

Correct. For our first go at Battle Pass we have it focused on XP. Tomorrow we'll talk more about how that works.
