Hi there! PayPal is indeed an available payment option, if you select the "pay with Xsolla" option underneath the Checkout button. Both our Stripe and Xsolla checkout options also support Google Pay!

Hi there friend - I'm sorry to hear it sounds like you may be having some issues with the website currently! To confirm, would you mind explaining in a bit more detail as to the issue you're having specifically? You say you're trying to click on certain links on the home page, but they don't appear to take you anywhere?

For reference, the "Sign In" button in the top right of the home page should take you to this sign in page, and the "Pre-Order Now" button in the home page banner should take you to the Shop here. Are you saying that clicking these buttons doesn't seem to link you any... Read more

Hiya folks! Discord is certainly not required to get info in regards to testing - we've emailed out in advance of every test, and we've also been keeping the forums updated with the latest test news in this category: https://forums.ashesofcreation.com/categories/alpha-one-preview-testing

Hi there friend! As noted above, the Adventurer Pre-Order Package will be available until August 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific - you can read more on that in our helpful FAQ here.

As there is scheduled to be ongoing non-NDA testing up through August 13, you will be able to see videos/images before that availability window ends!... Read more

Hi there! With the recent profile page overhaul, there is a known issue at the moment where it is only displaying one of your referral codes, when you may have had multiple codes visible in the past. It sounds like perhaps it is currently only showing you a referral code that you used less frequently, and not one of your other ones you used more often. This is simply a display issue that our team is working to address now!
