We have no plans to lock players to servers in their regions, except for harmonized price model regions (as detailed in the wiki link UnknownSystemError shared above).

We do also plan to have a default language for some specific servers in the region of that language, but again they will be open for anyone to join.

If you would like to see a specific language/region supported, make sure to post your feedback in the General Discussion forum.

We are working to make improvements to our account management, including the sign-in and multi-factor authentication process. We hope to have those new features added in the near future.

If you have not signed into the forums since January 2022, you may be presented with an error message that states “Before proceeding, please set your contact email address in your Profile Settings.” When you view your Profile Settings, your email address is likely already set to Verified, which prevents you from signing into the forums. Our Web Dev Team is working on a solution for this issue. In the meantime, you can work around this issue by changing your contact email and then changing it back, which will force you to re-verify your email address. We have not yet added any of the subscription items to account inventories. That will likely happen as we get closer to a retail release.

And as mentioned, yes Braver of Worlds does include a lifetime subscription.

Our pre-order cosmetics change regularly. Unfortunately, once a cosmetic set has been removed from the Ashes of Creation shop, we are unable to make them available for purchase, nor are we able to swap out previous cosmetic sets for current sets. We are very sorry.

It seems we are having some issues with Roles being propagated correctly for players who have older accounts but are just now signing in to the forums.

Your issue should be fixed though. You may need to sign out of the forums and back to see the roles appear.

As @unknownsystemerror mentioned, we currently have no plans to offer any testing access for purchase separately from the existing packages. Our Community team does occasionally giveaway testing access with events such as Glorious Gourd or Extra Life. So keep an eye on our social media and news for any such events.

It seems that some web browsers do not show the scroll bar in the Inventory frame within the Account Inventory section of the Account Dashboard. If you only see 5 items in your Inventory, scroll down.

We have not yet updated the System Requirements for Alpha Two. Once we have that information, the Support Article will be updated to reflect any changes.

unknownsystemerror nailed it. Characters will only be playable on the server on which they were created. But our current plan is to allow players to create a character on any server in any region (that is not segregated for price harmonization).
