The design team for cosmetics really needs to tone down the goggles, ammo belts and gas masks...

Are there any plans to allow epic sets (not elites) to be purchased with CC? There were multiple epic tier cosmetics in chapter 1 that were buyable with CC, but now we have to spend money on the exact same cosmetic which doesn’t seem right to me. Maybe just have a weekly rotation of a few epic skins from the whole pool and give us the option to use CC on those random skins, or just give us the choice between paying a high amount of CC or boins for epics.
No. They can be acquired via Chapter Progression, Weekly Storylines, Max Class Rank progression, or Max Weapon Rank Progression or via Battlefield Currency.
What progression options can unlock the current epic sets in the armory such as the Jackal or Diving Rod?
I don’t think they’ve been rolled out. Haven’t had a moment to really dive into the game and look at all the goodness this morning. But we have a lot of Tides of War to go.
But will there be other ways of getting the current epic sets? This just doesn't seem fair.
You can get them via Starter or Premium bundles, various progression options, or Battlefield Currency. Just not Company Coin.
Personally i wouldn't mind it if they just made the unique soldier sets and a handful of epic sets behind a paywall.
In all honesty i don't really mind it that much since there isn't a premium pass
In addition to Battlefield Currency, Epic cosmetics are made available through multiple progression layers: Chapter Rewards, Weekly Storylines, Class Max Rank for each Class, Weapon Max Rank for each Weapon.

Only weapons have been available for CC following ToW. I'd greatly appreciate acknowledgement on whether cosmetic items should be released post-ToW for CC. I've spent considerable time reading responses by Dice employees on Reddit and none have directly acknowledged this, though some posts in 2018 alluded indirectly to cosmetic items never being available again following their release in ToW.
You know what, you're right. I misspoke and I appreciate the opportunity to correct/clarify. (It's been a busy morning and I'm trying to answer as many topics as possible between my phone and laptop. My sincere apologies for not clarifying originally.)
Weapons/vehicles should be purchasable via CC after the ToW Weekly Challenge has ended - but they're not in the Armory, they're under the Company.
Regarding customization, like the Ratburner helmet or face paints , they will be part of future Armory rotations.
I got a problem after the new patch. In the reward list the new Panzer 38T "Frankreich" skin reward for Chapter 3 have been replaced by the older Stug "Getüncht" skin reward from Chapter 2 after the new update. I thought this was just a visual bug, but when I unlocked it I DID get 2 of the "Getüncht" skins for the Stug, as can be shown in these screenshots. I just want the Frankreich skin for my cute lil 38T. :(

Yep. We're aware and this is being looked at by the QA team. Seems this is a bug and shouldn't have repeated a skin.
