Strange. It's been a while since I made any water building, but I think I just used the water tower. It had the point automatically without problem. Are you using any mods or is this without mods?

What did you use as the template for your own water pump?

If you're using Plop the Growables, then this is completely normal and expected behavior because of the mod.

If you're using Disable Zone Check, then that's also completely normal and expected behavior.

If you're using Ploppable RICO and the building(s) in question have RICO settings through the mod, then it's also completely normal and expected.

Those are the 3 mods I can think of, which change building behavior so they don't despawn automatically when you dezone. :)

No seasons. You can have snow maps with Snowfall, that always has snow and gets snowfall from time to time. Or you can use some map themes that have a texture replaced with snow. It won't snow with those map themes, but if you want snow covered mountain tops, that can do it.

Here's a few examples of map themes with snow textures:

You need a semi-working version of the mod that contains the road. Network Extensions 2 has some of those extra roads, so first check that and the settings for it to see if it's enabled. That might do the trick.

If it doesn't, then you need a mod that contains it. I'm not sure if this one works or not, but it's the only one that is on the workshop, so try with it. Make sure all its roads are enabled.

Sounds like your river doesn't have enough flow, so the sewage output simply changes the flow of the river. This is sadly the case with some maps. :/

You could switch to using water towers to supply your city and ignore the pollution of your river. If you have Green Cities, then you can work towards the cleaner sewage treatment options. If you have Sunset Harbor, then you can use the inland sewage options.

If you don't have any of those DLCs, then there's always workshop assets, like this lovely collection. ;)

Actually I would suggest Plop The Growables instead. Ploppable RICO is designed to add functionality to parks and unique buildings, and it can make growables act a little weird. Plop The Growables is designed to let you place growable buildings by hand and make them more robust, so they don't disappear.

I'm pretty sure they're sorted by publish date. Would be nice to be able to sort them for sure, but afaik that isn't possible. Perhaps if you make a collection and add all your collections to that one. I can't remember if you can sort collections that are inside a collection - like you can with regular items in a collection.

ModTools lets you edit a bunch more stuff, and what can't be changed with ModTools can often be changed with scripts run through ModTools.

Yes, they would be down for everyone. They're undergoing maintenance to get an overhaul. Should be back tomorrow. :)

Are you perhaps using the mod European Buildings Unlocker? That one is broken, so you should unsubscribe it. The same goes for the Winter Buildings Unlocker.

To unlock European buildings, go to the Content Manager and enable the Style called "European" - that lets you have European buildings on normal maps, and the default buildings on a European map.

Please be patient and allow for the full 36 hours to pass. If you are concerned something isn't right, you can always check to make sure you meet all the requirements. As long as you do, you will have the DLC added to your library. Keep in mind that it is added automatically, so if you're waiting for an email, you won't see one. :)

This is caused by a broken mod. Please see the pinned post for a list. :)

Yeah, Citrix does not play well with Unity games. There's a workaround described in this thread, so you can use it and the game(s).
