You don't need to log in with your Paradox Account to play Cities: Skylines. Logging in lets you use the Paradox Plaza in game, but it's completely optional.

What I usually do is upgrade the road to one way, then change the direction, then upgrade it back to the two way road I want. I'm not sure if there's a smarter way to do it, but it works fine enough for my situations, so I haven't bothered looking into it further.

Not hacked, the custom domain simply doesn't exist anymore and was never updated for Steam. I'll make sure to pass on the info so it can be updated to the proper url, which is this one: https://skylines.paradoxwikis.com/

There aren't any new ones. It's an update to support quays being walkable. Not sure if the default ones are updated to allow citizens to walk on them. But to connect them you just place a path near them. Same way you connect paths to roads.

The Loading Screen Mod tells you the number of assets, while Steam tells you the number of subscriptions. One subscription can contain multiple assets, which is why you're seeing a difference. Not all subscriptions containing more than one asset are labelled as packs either, but the descriptions usually explain what you're getting. :)

No, I'm afraid that isn't possible. Cities: Skylines does not offer older versions of the game.

Ah yeah that looks weird! :S Please see this thread to confirm that it is not a mod acting up. It also includes a link to the forums, where bug reports go, so the devs can see them. If you don't use mods at all, you can just follow it straight there, so it can be looked at. :)

Hmm, I wonder if the game is using the Intel instead of your dedicated GPU. I suggest posting on the support forums[forum.paradoxplaza.com] and including your player.log file there. It will show what's up and they can help you if it is indeed because it's using the weaker graphics card.
