  1. Game mode: did you notice this on Singleplayer, or online?
  2. Server type: private, official server, or co-op?
  3. Server name: name or the number of the official server.
  4. Mods: do you have any mods installed or had any mods active by the time you notice the issue?

Thank you for letting me know.

Could you try to enter the desert area and let us know if your friend is able to spawn?

It’s very likely that what you mentioned is the root of the issue. Since you are the host of this “server”, you only render what is somewhat close to you, which would mean the desert area doesn’t render until you are close enough to it!

  • When did you move these chests and benches? (day and approximate hour)
  • What are the original coordinates of these items? (on your old base)
  • Could you tell us your character name/guild name?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Here are some ideas of what could impact or provide that error message. Please try the following:

  • Update Windows (no need to change to Win11 though, just update the current version you have)
  • Update Graphics Driver
  • Change to Default Graphics Card
  • Verify files in Steam
  • Disable NVIDIA Geforce/ AMD Radeon Experience Battery boost
  • Disabling Antivirus/Firewall Software
  • Turn off Overclocking and SLI Technology
  • Reduce PC’s energy consumption

Make sure to reach out if the issue still persists.

You can find it by following:

XboxGames\Conan Exiles\Content\WindowsServer\ConanSandbox\Saved

It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands or “dlc_siptah” for Isle of Siptah.

Could you let us know if your character is close to the guest’s unconscious character when inviting them back? Because, if not, exceeding the maximum tethering distance could impact as such.

Could you let us know in what Game Mode you are playing and on what Platform (Steam, EGS, MS)?

Also, could you let us know if you have any mods installed? If so, does this issue happen while they are turned off?

  • In what game mode are you playing (SIngle-Player, Online Official Servers, …)?

  • When using the construction hammer to move/place the item, does the issue occur as well?

We’re sorry you are experiencing this issue.

Could you please go over to your Steam and restart it by choosing the “Change Accounts” Option while connected to the Internet?

After this, try logging back into the game while still Online and proceed to exit the game. Then, try to enter the game again this time with no Internet connection.

This should solve this issue, but if it persists, let me know :smile:
