Strong Hooks aren't intended to prevent someone from accepting a Call to Arms, as we feel that would make strong hooks excessively overpowered.

The majority of players stick to single player, but there is a pretty healthy multiplayer scene if you're interested in that too.

Competitive multiplayer is a little trickier; very few people play CK3 MP competitively, so it can be difficult to find a reliable group if you're looking for that kind of environment.
