I’m not actually able to refund Aquila purchases for those on Microsoft Store, only cosmetic purchases made In-Game. I recommend contacting Microsoft Support and explaining the situation to them.

As odd as this sounds, we wonder if this might be related to the ‘&’ in your Windows username. This is something we need to address if this is the case, but wondered if you’d be willing to try removing it to rule out whether or not it is indeed the culprit?

Interesting there’s no Darktide.exe! Could it be quarantined by your Anti-Virus?
Sorry to hear this. I can see a number of purchases are stuck in an ‘Unresolved’ state, would you be able to DM me your proof of purchase please?
Could you include some additional information, such as the operative you’re playing, and the URL to your Steam profile please?
I can’t seem to reproduce the issue on my end, and I’m not sure what the answer is admittedly. As a workaround you can disable automatic profile switching, but I appreciate that isn’t a long-term solution.
