Just saying, it still happens from time to time. Whenever Dotty had an extra beer.

Don't fix it. It's amazing. You actually made a machine act sometimes like a drunken dwarf.

I was hoping to slide under the radar on that, but ya, it can still happen :)

You should seriously consider removing rival presence as a possible modifier for assignment missions due to RNG, basically all of my friends initially refused to do robot missions, then most of them quit out of frustration. All hundreds of hour players. I cope by just not doing rival presence but I have to quit and come back later if one is part of an assignment, which is a bummer. You don't have industrial sabatoge as part of dives or assignments, why RP? I have yet to meet someone in game who likes the robots. Only people on reddit who do it in hz3/4.

It will be less common on the map. Not sure if that will translate into fewer assignments having it, but I assume so.

So what does the long term look like? Say after 5 or 6 seasons we have a dozen or more events/enemy encounters on the dice rolls for every mission. We already have Prospector, Nemesis, Antenna and Data Deposit as well as rival presence, so imagine 3 seasons down the line coping with the stacked hand of unrewarding encounters in every mission.

And since prospectors and data deposits aren't being removed, how are their payouts going to change? if data cells are no longer obtained from those events id ask you why player would even want to engage with them. This would multiply frustrations two-fold when dealing with a prospector that you didn't want to fight in the first place. On the other hand, if they do continue to reward season relevant content, why add new events at all if the player can continue to get rewards from the familiar event?

I don't want to seem so pessimistic but it feels like you guys are really painting yourselves into a corner here by leaving all th...

Whoops, missed this.
Well, to be honest, there's no way of saying how long term will look, since this is a new model for us (and somewhat in general too). While we spend a lot of time and energy on each update, and as such don't want to remove the content, we are aware that there has to be some sort of balance the more content we add to the game.
While robots aren't going away, they are also no longer the focus of the update, and their frequency will be reduced significantly. Rival Presence as a modifier is currently guaranteed to appear in 1-3 missions, and that will be a lot less. The nemesis appearing in all missions will also still be possible, but the chance of it happening is a lot lower.

Done.

Oof, that sounds annoying for you. No other language besides english for voice in the game, sadly.

If you can PM me the line in question, or guide me in the right direction if you don't want to write the exact word or phrase triggering you, I'll see what we can do - I believe we already have a few lines able to be toggled off with some profanity-filter kinda thing...

No promises, but we'll have a look.

I don't think it's breaking any rules at all, so no worries.

Got a report about brigading, and while this isn't technically it, it's probably approaching a gray area.

Also, our Steam stats are better than ever <3 peaks and valleys are to be expected at and between updates.

Correction, don't do egg missions without a scout on the team. Nobody wants to have to try and get that f**kin ceiling egg, but Scout, especially with Engie, can get them anywhere.

Every lie contains a grain of truth.

Hi! Here's a list of bad advice from another recent post. Just do the opposite of these, and you should be good.

"I've got 100 hours and am player rank 67 "Longbeard", and I have some tips in general and for the differerent classes for players just starting out! Some of these tips are basic, but sometimes even very high rank players don't know about them. There's a lot of un-intuitive things about the game and I'd like to put some together and I'm not good at lists, so here we go!

Getting 80 nitra is a top priority. Don't do ANYTHING else before you get your nitra.

Do your assignments (usually). The unlocks are mostly nice, although some of the weapons are a waste of time. Don't bother with the Cryo Cannon, Goo Gun, or anything for scout, but everything else is good!

While we're on the topic, don't play scout! It might be fun to zip around the cave, but you're basically Bosco but with even worse firepower. Try to bring something to the team and pla...

I’m not going to say it will spawn the needed amount 1000/1000 times, but it should be consistent enough that errors are very very rare. In any case, it should be so consistent that you should never get the impression that it’s something that there is a genuine risk of happening.

Actually, if what you’re saying was true, I’d probably give you an apology and unban you, but since I normally ban people for toxic behaviour or spam, you’re leaving out context.

It was such a low-effort troll post that the Reddit spam filter caught it.

I did?
