Wait hang on, the TWAB made it sound like these were available for purchase with both Dust and Silver? I was praising these changes. Seriously guys, no more exclusive silver only stuff.
Majority of items will be available for bright dust, cycling throughout the season on the bright dust storefront.
Those are some nice Eververse changes and all. But like... Was this really all they have to say? I'm whelmed.

Can we get a little clarification on the eververse changes? In the example picture the emote Sabrage Salute is available for 1000 silver but will it also be available for bright dust or silver ONLY? Also, will any of this stuff be available in the new engrams? "Season of Opulence's bright engram will contain a collection of community favorite legacy items with a focus in the 'Best of Year One" Makes it sound like the new bright engrams will only contain the best of year one stuff.
A small amount of items will be available for direct purchase with Silver only. We will highlight these items via @Bungie when they are live on the storefront.
The Best of Year One engram, available in Season of Opulence, will only have Year 1 items from Eververse

Are there any other ways that you'd want to share your Clan identity?
Hey if I can add to this, can they fix it so exotic quests can be dropped? For example the Malfeasance quest. If I complete it on char 1 and have it on char 2 let me drop/scrap/remove it from character 2 as I may never do it on that character and its eating up space in my bounty screen.
Figure I have this for malf, thorn, last word, wish ender, Iz Burden, etc it starts eating almost a whole row.
How would you feel if Exotic Quests were account scoped, rather than per character?
This is something the team is looking at. We've gotten feedback of players not wanting to do some things multiple times per character.

Morning, all.
Shot a question to the team last night on this topic- we'd been seeing this feedback for some time, and got a bit of info on where it's at on the development floor.
This isn't necessarily a bug where something is outright broken and preventing the tracking feature from working, but some wake from the way in which quests evolved from Destiny 1 to Destiny 2. The UI backend of quests going from step to step has changed between games, so the tracking feature wasn't being applied from step to step. Bounties or Triumphs in particular only have one step to track, so this isn't felt there. Just on Quests.
It'll take a bit of time for the team to create a change that would address the feedback at hand, which is also bring prioritized against other work that the team has on their plate.

I have gone through the same pain as the OP.
Right now, it is almost impossible to beat the bridge encounter without constant Tether spam and Well / Bubble if you're playing with random people, and even with a full stack it's barely possible.
Quick question: Are you basing this assessment solely on T3 reckoning?
As for the feedback on Blackout, rewards, and more - I'll make sure the team is aware of this feedback for the post-sandbox tuning world.
