Look, I just started watching Monty Python's Flying Circus and was so excited to understand an old meme, and you completely ruined my mood. Thanks. I just want to be a lumberjack.

Gotcha, setting my expectations that the next season will address every single one of my particular issues with Undying! Thanks in advance!

Yes, and no.

The team is digesting feedback over Season of the Undying every day. While there may not be time to make monumental shifts in development for the next season that's a few weeks out, the feedback we're seeing today could lead to changes midway through the season, or how we approach different aspects of Destiny 2 as a whole.

I understand that there is frustration that many items of feedback can't be rapidly addressed, but I still feel it's incredibly important for you to sound off with feedback whenever you have it. The longer the feedback is given, the more weight it has when it comes to priorities.

Time will always be our enemy, but I have to stress that your voices are heard internally. I talk with people on the development floor every day about your feedback, and it's incredibly valuable to us. I do hope that each set of patch notes has various bullets that indirectly communicate to you that we're indeed listening, and acting when pos...

Looking into this. For a few weeks, we had an issue where heroic adventures weren't working properly, so the flashpoint wasn't available in rotation. The issue has since been resolved, so this should come up in a future week.

Thanks for the feedback! A quick question, do you not feel that the title is an appropriate reward on its own? Goal of these was to show off your accomplishments to the world, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on what's missing.

The team has been looking at feedback over the season on this catalyst, and will be applying what they've learned to future catalysts.

One point specifically from the OP:

Kills with the weapon don't even help you with the catalyst quests, just having the weapon on counts, which would incentivise doing practically all of an activity without using it until the activity is over, then switching weapons really quickly and still get progress for the full activity.

Sure. I can pass along my own opinions about things, but my job is to reach out and get the community's response.

Bungie HAS to know that this isn't new feedback. The loot chase is basically the whole point of the game. We have been asking for strike/activity specific loot literally since D2 released. To have what seems to be the main repeatable season long activity only have 4 primaries and a set of armor that was already given to us at level 1 of the season pass is kind of terrible.

Bungie seems to be pretty good at making content, but terrible at rewarding players for that content.

It's especially annoying when there is a garden themed ship and sparrow, but neither one of them drop in the raid or the vex offensive.

Same goes for the red keep. There is no strike specific drop, but there is a red keep sparrow in the eververse store.

It's insulting to be honest.

Bungie HAS to know that this isn't new feedback.

Yes, sorry for the confusion, I'm not trying to claim this is new feedback we haven't seen before. We try to reply to acknowledge comments to show we are reading these responses. The team is definitely aware that players want more unique loot.

It would have been great if it had some extra difficulty and a distinct unique drop, like an Imago Loop redux or something would have been great.

Heroic menagerie was pretty great because it had a couple unique drops as well as added difficulty, it felt like a mountain to climb after you'd already mastered the normal version.

Thanks for the suggestions. It's always great getting extra loot!

any plans to change this?

It's currently being investigated but I don't expect a fix in the short term. We'll let you know when we have more info.

Sorry you found it disappointing. We'll pass along everyone's feedback to the team. Let us know what you liked, didn't like, and think could be improved upon in future seasons.

I checked on it. Looks like it's not something we are going to be able to fix. Sorry about that.

We had to forcibly sign everyone out yesterday, and that sometimes doesn't work all that well depending on the app - sometimes you'll get in a weird state where your app will think it is signed in but it really isn't. We'll try to improve that in the future in case we have to do that again.

Looks like we missed a pretty important patch note.

Seasonal armor counts.

Depending on the round, the enemy composition may be different. More majors/less redbars. Sometimes, you'll encounter different enemies to fight against that may require a different approach. Ex: Rushing into a sea of Cabal Legionaries could turn out well, but running into a wall of Cabal Turrets? Might result in the need for a rez.

There are no handicap systems or hidden modifiers to make enemies hit you harder.

Are you seeing differences where enemies are requiring more damage to take down? A redbar dreg in one round taking more shots than another redbar dreg? Throw us videos if that's the case.

How are ya?

I know it's old news but I gotta ask: Is the triumph "Perfect Gambit" functioning as intended? The triumph text and the actual thing you need to do to unlock it don't match. The text reads as follows:

"As a fireteam, win a Gambit match 2–0 with 75 Motes deposited in each round and no player losing any Motes."

But what you actually need to do is win a Gambit match with exactly 75 motes each round (Which to be fair it does say) but with no player dying at all. Which means if you die, you still can't get the triumph even if you didn't lose any motes. Nobody can die while invading, being invaded, suicide, nada.

I'd appreciate some input on whether or not there's any plans to change/fix it or if it's working as intended before suffering through grinding for it.

Thanks a lot, you guys are great!

I just checked. It's getting fixed next Season and will work how the description reads and no longer fail if someone dies.

Could you guys please clarify what this Recluse nerf actually does? The wording is incredibly awkward.

When Master of Arms procs there will be a damage buff to both precision and body damage, but it will not longer make every shot count as precision.
