Hey all, thanks for the reports. We are looking into this.

PlayStation 4 Patch Notes v2.12

The Elder Scrolls Online v2.12 includes several crash fixes, including some continually experienced in dungeons and Trials, fixes an issue with housing permissions, some issues with buffs and debuffs, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 397.7 MB.

Hey all, we're looking into this. For those of you reporting that you are getting no Event Tickets and no box, are you getting any other loot from the boss? And are you manually looting or using an auto-loot addon?

I didn't even get into the game before it crashed my PC (character was loading in).

[*] Are you able to get to character select? If so, could you try logging into a few different characters to see if one seems more problematic than others? (And if so, what zones/locations are the problematic ones in?

The Elder Scrolls Online v6.2.8 includes several crash fixes, including some continually experienced in dungeons and Trials, and fixes an issue with housing permissions. We are also refunding any skill points that were lost after Update 28 was released. The size of this patch is approximately 75MB.

Xbox Downtime & Patch Maintenance - Dec 4

Xbox maintenance is complete, and patch 1.22.2.0 is now available. We will continue as planned with releasing the next patch for PC next Monday and PS4 on Wednesday.

Can't launch game. "Patch required, please download and install" error - but no patch is available?

Just to update, we are currently planning to start maintenance to publish the patch around 12am EST tonight.
