It's been good, agreed. We also don't want y'all killing yourselves trying to find something that may not be working as expected. The Systems team is digging into this one today and we'll update with more info as we get it.

Hey everyone, as of this morning we have identified an issue with the Chain of the Werewolf lead and now have a bug in for it. We're working on a fix. Thank you for all the info and for raising this to us.

Hi @msetten, we'd like to look into this for you and need a bit more info. Do you have at least 20 points invested in Flawless Ritual? That will be a requirement before you can put points into War Mage.

Hey @DragonRacer thanks for the ping in the other thread. This should be fixed, along with the other issue where players were seeing mail notifications but messages were sometimes not appearing in the inbox.

When is console getting the fix? Are we going to need to wait even longer than the 14th or will you be squeezing it into the console chapter release?



As we only just fixed this internally for the upcoming PC incremental, it will not be fixed in time for console launch in a few hours. We're planning to include the fix in the first console incremental patch.

Apologies, this patch note was missed but we can confirm it is fixed in today's console update. It's being added to the patch notes now.

Honestly this is crazy I changed two toons from nord to imperial because of sustain issues, to realize it was a BUG!!!!!!!! Who would I speak to, to get a refund of race change tokens.



Hey @BlakMarket our Support team should be able to help you out with this. I'm checking on what ticket category they'd recommend you use. Are you also looking to switch your characters back to their original races?

If not craftbag fixed this game will deleted and i will never more see a game from this company again. Find it strange they can sell pluss with a craftbag not working. 2 months now and we see when update complet how broken this game is today.

The issue you're both describing should be fixed in today's update. It's very possible we accidentally missed a patch note for it. We'll follow up!
