Hello. There is a fairly simple solution - create a new partition D, start the installation of the launcher, it will be installed on that partition. Then remove it in a regular way and install it where you want. Then this partition can be removed.

Battlestate games support is useless. I haven't been able to play the game for 5 months due to email authentication on the launcher not working. Forums say to change my email but support staff won't let me.

Yes I replied to the initial email reply from battlestate support stating that I had already attempted most of the recommendations prior to sending in a support ticket, as well as showing screenshots of my email settings/filters/whitelist and photos of the issue. I have yet to receive a response to that email.
Also I was temporarily banned from the website(still am) last night after trying to repeatedly log in and send authentication emails as another user suggested I just repeatedly log in until an email appears. shown here
