Hello. There is no need to create more than 1 request for 1 problem. This does not speed up the solution of the problem in any way.

You can see the support answers (when contacting through the website or launcher) in the profile on the website.

Now the support load is increased and it takes some time to respond. Your problem will be fixed on a first come, first served basis, please don't worry.

guys please relax. we are working on optics/sights overhaul with iterations. Proposed changes are taken in consideration long time ago already. It does not mean that we can't or we dont't want to do it, it means that we need to do it properly with all of the upcoming changes/features etc.

Work on your support, make it easier for your customers to play the game and get help with their accounts when stuff like this happens. We shouldnt have to keep frickin bank statements for a 50 dollar game incase we forget our passwords.

This information is stored by your bank and they will provide it to you without any problems upon request) Including they will find the necessary transaction by word.

Сегодня в 21:15 МСК мы планируем провести технические работы на серверах Escape from Tarkov для исправления ряда ошибок. После этого потребуется загрузить обновление через лаунчер. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства.

Список исправлений:

  • Исправлен баг малого количества доступных выходов из локации для Диких. 
  • Репутация Диких за убийство Рейдеров теперь не уменьшается. 
  • Скорректировано передвижение ползком в кустах.
