Can you try again? We have been restarting our SSO shortly after downtime which might have caused this error.

If you lost your assets due to these issues, please contact our customer support team and ask for reimbursement. They should be able to sort you out

Glad to hear you were able to add your 3rd account back

For the record, it has not been a DDOS attack that caused this issues, at least in our case but difficult to say since a bunch of other services started having problems around the same time.

Comment

It is our scheduled daily downtime that starts at 11:00 UTC.

Our SSO and Database has fully recovered now. Players should now be able to log back in to the game and use our services on the website. I am going to hang around here, so please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues.

The problems are ongoing with online player numbers decreasing and other pilots unable to log in to EVE Online or their accounts on the websites. Our SSO and database is slowly recovering but there are still some errors that our team is looking into.

While we might not be able to immediately extend the sale today we might do a 24hr flash sale next week. Going to ask around and I will let you know.

Thanks for reports. Let’s move the conversation into the main thread about today’s issues. Thank you.

Can you expand on the nature of your issues? Are chats connecting/disconnecting? Local or corp chat not updating? Any additional info will be useful.

Comment

Hi
Could you provide more information? A bug report would be ideal.

When you say “i click IME” - what / where are you clicking this? We’ve tested Chinese input within Windows and not experienced any issues. I’m keen to get a reproduction that we can follow up on.

Many thanks.

So many people who this is apparently their first time fighting a real war where server conditions(lag, crashes, crazy server misbehavior) are an expected part of it.
