The in-game store offer is because the Season Pass is on sale on the Ubisoft store. As Steam and Ubisoft run their sales independently of each other, that is why the Steam store reflects the standard price.

Hello Bulkzar,

Sorry to hear that you are unable to start your game. The reason that you're receiving this error is that you're trying to start your game from the account, where your game has not been activated originally. After checking your account I noticed, that there is no For Honor game activated within, which means that is activated elsewhere. Have you tried logging into the other account you use/used?
