Can you confirm if you are playing the game on Wifi or connected via Ethernet cable?

Do you and your friend have the same NAT type every time?

Hello! This is currently under investigation, but a potential workaround is opening the Task manager and using "End Task" to shutdown the game.

Hello! I'd first try verifying your game's files (Uplay instructions / Steam instructions).

If this doesn't work, then ... Read more

Personally I only use the BPM to fix the sensitivity of my gamepad sticks, but I know that other players also like the option to rebind keys. If BPM is interfering with the game, is For Honor getting these functionalities or is something done to stop the issue?
This is being investigated by the team! You can also try the following if you're using a Steam controller:

1. Close the game

2. Use Steam controller configuration:

3. Go to Big Picture mode, select For Honor and [Manage Game]->[Controller Configuration]->[Browse Configs]->[Recommended]->[Official FOR HONOR steam cont... Read more

Hi ragindrunk! Did you set up the controller as a Steam controller in the controller config in Big Picture Mode? If so, please disable the Xbox configuration support:

Big Picture -> Settings -> Controller Settings -> remove the checkmarks from xbox/ps4 configuration support

If this is not the issue, please open a ticket at https://support.ubi.com . Log in, scroll down, and click Contact Customer Support to create a case and our tech support agents will investigate for you. Thank you!

Can't say that i've seen this before. There's nothing that I know of that would pull up the home screen outside of pressing the PS button. When it shows up, what do you see? Are you seeing the actual Playstation menu with your list of games or something else? Also, are you using the original PS controllers? I'll check around and see if I can figure anything out for this one.

Also, as you can see from my post above - Support has acknowledged the error but cannot figure out how to unban me. Please note that I have turned off all controller emulator software long ago and I have been apparently 'unbanned' so WTF?
Hi scorpion,

I know it's a pain, but have you tried to clean install the game to repopulate the files in their original state? Now that you've stopped using emulator software and have been unbanned on our end, I can't t... Read more

Hi everyone,

I'm afraid I can't provide advice on an individual basis given that I don't have access to account tools, but I can confirm that any software that modifies game files (eg. controller software like x360ce) risks triggering EAC. My suggestion to any affected in this manner would be to revert the files to their original state, and this should get rid of the error message.

Hope this helps some of you.

AND would someone in your side answer the tickets..
Our support teams are tackling a pretty gargantuan ticket queue at the moment (not just for FH, across all games cumulatively), hence the delays. It's out of my hands, and I can only apologise for the wait and assure you that they are working very hard to address all cases as quickly as possible.

Hi aerialfleet! Is any data from the For Honor betas still on your system, and have you tried removing it? What's the exact error message your PS4 is giving you? I would definitely recommend rebuilding your PS4's database (safe mode option 5).

Hi CBeet! Are you using a BlueTooth controller by any chance? This may cause frame drops while being hit.

Greetings PC Warriors,

During the Open Beta, we received many reports from players who had critical issues with EasyAntiCheat. Thanks again for your time, and for all the information you shared to the customer support teams. For the official launch of the game, we have integrated a brand new version of EasyAntiCheat to better manage error codes, while still protecting the game from cheaters who are using unauthorized hack programs.

You may refer to our Code of Conduct here: ... Read more

Hi all! If this is typically happening when you're getting hit, it may be related to using a Bluetooth controller (as BRolf02 said). Please try plugging in the controller and this may alleviate the issue.

Please let us know your graphics cards and CPUs, if peripherals do not appear to be causing the problem.

Can you try the fix described on this page?: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...macro-stutters

You need to press Ctrl + Alt + Del, click More Details, then right-click the For Honor .exe, and select "Go to details." Then set priority to "high." Be extremely careful with the Real Time priority option (if available on your machine) as this makes the application have a higher priority than almost every other process - which obviously can include some important stuff.
