I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the Steel that you purchased.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the purchase to populate within your game as they can sometimes be a delay.

However if you still haven't received your Steel after 24 hours then contact support on one of the following channels and they can assist you further:

Once the game has been activated to a Ubisoft account it would need to be played on that account.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your rewards in For Honor.

I can confirm there are two known issues with regards to rewards.

There is an issue where players are not receiving event rewards. This is currently being investigated and we would recommend players to contact support on one of the following channels:
