Thanks for providing this feedback, If possible could you provide further details as yo why you feel this Hero is not "viable" or any suggested changed you would like to see. If possible could you also provide any videos you have found or been able to capture yourself showing these weakness and we will certainly e sure to forward this information for further review and future development. In the meantime, I'll move this topic over to our feedback forum to help raise support and awareness for your suggestion within the community.

However, to better track the issue on our end, are you able to create a ticket on our support site sending your dxdiag and msinfo: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/0...ag-and-Msinfo/

But on the ticket can you explain the situation with regards to the RTX 30 series issue, and if you have already can you state that you have tried the following:

I don't think it will be a fault with your graphics card if you can play other games past 60 fps without crashing.
