i have 25 pcs in my cyber cafe. all of them are banned before 10 days(and this happend suddenly). i dont use vpn, i forbid the use of hack tools, the hdd's are protected,i use "deep freeze" softwear and suddenly all my pcs are banned! even pc that the game was not installed,i installed the game,play 3 round solo game (by clean account) and the pc became banned! i believe you banned me because of multi ip use,but this doesnot mean that i am cheater. there is no other way to operate a cyber cafe without multi ips. I will be forced to unistall the epic launcer.

Bodies stay in the game for a few seconds after they die. Notice how the pick hits 'nothing' but squeaks before hitting the floor. (15 secs in vid) There's even damage numbers floating up because the guy didn't die fully but left.
This is also the reason why you can't pickup weapons when you kill someone. The invisible dead body is blocking the items for a few seconds.
On ps4 the autoaim also kicks in after the body is visibly gone.
This is a very common occurrence. Just watch any streamer for a few games and count how many times they can't pickup items.

Alright so I did the "just play" option and didn't create an account. I now need to make an account. I have over $200 in skins. What am I suppose to do and what's the best option for me. I need help, I'm confused.
Use your console account to login to redeem your reward. You don't hae to create a new account (in fact, don't create a new account)

He must have done what I did and made an epic account before hand to link it and used the same email. I'm kinda boned because I can't delete that extra account and I've already claimed my loot to it. Can't link it to my PSN either so no skin for me. The directions made it sound like you had to make an epic account so I did. Didn't know anything about being able to upgrade my headless account
Contact customer service and they will help you delete your other (new) account.

My twitch and xbox accounts are linked to different epic accounts on accident. How do i go about fixing this?
You can unlink your Twitch account from the other Epic account here https://www.epicgames.com/account/connected .
Keep in mind you can only redeem the Twitch offer once per Twitch account. If you've already redeemed the offer on an account, you won't get them on a second account even if you unlink and relink to a different account. Only one offer per Twitch Prime

For Xbox, yes. As I mentioned above, due to some platform restrictions, you cannot play on both Xbox and PC/PS4 on the same Epic Games account.

You have to register a new account and then link your PSN to it. The process is not intuitive, but it is there.
Please do not create a new account. Instead, use your existing PSN/XBL Id to login. When you go to the Twitch redemption page, you will see different buttons to select your platform.
Yes I only play on Xbox, but I feel your response doesn’t answer my question.
When I went through the process for these skins and stuff, I created an actual epicgames.com account and my gamertag is linked. So far it seems like I have everything linked...Prime>Twitch>Epic>Xbox Gamertag.
But how do I know if I have a “headless” account or not?
I am not sure I understand your case. You created an account or you just upgraded your existing Xbox account (e.g. you used your XBL to login to our website)
