Due to yesterday's weather event on the west coast, the ArenaNet studio and most of our employees are without power right now. We have made the decision to suspend work for the rest of today, November 20, to allow our staff to prioritize their safety and wellbeing. Thank you for understanding. We hope to resume normal operations soon, and will update you if the situation changes.

Working As Intended. 😄 We were able to get it stopped without running a full build--we've just disabled that popup entirely while we address the underlying issue. It's a way to let the team fix the problem permanently without making you all deal with the issue any longer than necessary.

We have temporarily disabled the in-game notification about the new Janthir Wilds story chapter while we address an issue. We'll re-enable this once the issue is addressed.

Hey all, I posted this in the News and Announcements forum, but since it's relevant to you all I am dropping it here too: We're going to be lowering the cost of the items required to earn the new infinite siege equipment gizmos. This will happen in a hotfix later this week. The cost changes will be as follows: Emblems of the Avenger: Cost will be reduced from 250 to 100 WvW Skirmish Tickets: Cost will be reduced from 5000 to 3000 Badges of Honor: Cost will be reduced from 10000 to 5000

Bug Fixes: Instance loading logic has been changed to prevent breaking instance flow if a player has completed an event out of order. Players may still complete their weekly progress for skipped events by participating in them with a player who hasn't skipped the event they want to complete. The bloodstone shards to begin the Ura fight no longer spawn in the Mount Balrior raid if the instance creator has previously defeated the boss for the week. Fixed a bug in which bloodstone shards would not pulse damage when left on the ground after using the Dispel skill in the Ura encounter in the Mount Balrior raid. Added more map markers in the Mount Balrior raid.

I've got a quick update on this for you! We are aware and people are working on it, but it's one of those really irritating bugs that turns out to be more convoluted than it appears under the surface. We're working on getting it to behave though! I'm sorry this is ongoing, and thank you again for being patient about it and continuing to flag the issue. I'll update again if/when I have more news before it's fixed.
