Hey,

Thanks for getting back to us with that DxDiag!

I've had a look through and it looks like your graphics drivers are out of date, could you please download and install the latest drivers for your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 card?

To do this please go to the NVIDIA web page here[www.nvidia.com] and follow the instructions.

I can also see from your DxDiag that you have both an onboard Intel graphics card as well as a dedicated NVIDIA card - can you please make sure that you are attempting to run the game through your NVIDIA and not your Intel card? To do this:
  1. Type Settings in Windows Search and press Enter
  2. Click on System
  3. Under the Display...

Hey Ξ HITMANAlex,

Thanks for getting over that DxDiag.

I can see some Razer software crashes on your system - Razer software has been known to occasionally cause some performance issues in Hell Let Loose.

Could you please uninstall any Razer Synapse or related software before retesting the game and seeing if the issue persists following this?

Get back to us when you can.

Hello Yanouk,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We are sorry to hear you have had a problem with the game kicking you out and then your progress missing.

First, can you just confirm you are able to get back into the game to play it?

Please do not worry as player progress is saved server side and this problem is due to a disconnect between the client profile and Steam.

The first thing to try is to play a full game like this and when you finish the match the levels you have should be restored.

If this does not happen then can you completely close Steam(open task manager and make sure no Steam is open there) Then reopen Steam and verify the game's files,to do this follow the steps below:
  1. Right-click the game in your library
  2. Go to 'Properties'
  3. Go to the local files tab
  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
If the problem continues after this then ple... Read more

Hey everyone,

It’s time to begin submitting your questions for the AMA!

So that we can look to tackle as many questions as we can, we’ll be inviting team members from across some of the different disciplines within the studio to prepare answers, which I’ll then be sharing on Reddit.

To ensure community members across different time zones can participate, this AMA will be open for 24 hours, aiming to provide answers by Friday. While the AMA is open, we’ll use this time to collate all the facts we need to address your questions with as much information as possible.

Not around for the AMA? Don’t worry, we’ll post the questions and responses in a future dev brief so you’ll be able to catch up at a later date.

Thank you for supporting Hell Let Loose, and taking the time to ask your questions, make sure to keep an eye on your thread for Friday!

Please head to Reddit and visit the pinned posts for more details.

Hey Midnight,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Unfortunately, private servers are paid for and run by players themselves.
We're unable to help with how these servers are run.

We would recommend choosing a different server if you are having issues with one or playing official servers that are busy.

If you wish to discuss this further, please use either the normal 'discussions' forum or you can use the correct channels in the Hell Let Loose Discord.[discord.gg]

Thank you.
