No.
Nope, never happening. UE5 removed DX11, Cascade, PhysX and a whole lot more. Plus many players do not have a fast NVMe, meaning no benefits of RVT or Nanite. So, nope.

As for keyboard destruction,my W keys is now without laint and doesn't pop back up which explains my KDR...

Okido, just for the ones that are wondering if its possible or not, Hell Let Loose is made so 100 players can play with all the current and future vehicles, weapons, cosmetics and what not.
Artwise its totally possible to make some level of destruction, any artist can. But, there is simply no room for destruction to send through the available bandwidth, let alone the performance impact itll have mainly on low spec players.
Lastly moving to UE5 has no use at all, itll require a full rework of the physics systems, effects and it needs all players to have a minimum of a NVMe on storage. Plus there has been rumours that DX11 will be gone too. Nanite isnt working with foliage as of writing, which makes up like 70% of all of HLL maps...
So yeah... no destruction ;). EDIT: Maybe the destruction of keyboards or screens while playing, but thats not the destruction were talking about...
I'm just saying it's technically possible.

Unrelated, but would you field a quick question? The number of roles (I understand from a dev brief q&a which I can't easily find again) are maxed out at 14. Is that a technical limitation or a design choice? Or a bit of both?
Aaaah, that I dont know... certainly not technical tho, but probably making sure not alot of overlap is there and a role has its own uniqueness to bring onto the battlefield.
