Event Contracts Compensation

Hunters, 

We wanted to follow up on our communication last week regarding our event extension, but this time focused on the compensation side of things. 

As we mentioned in our previous post, the downtime and other issues have impacted the experience for a lot of you. We understand the frustration these issues have caused, and we know that we need to do better going forward. 

In terms of compensation, we will be doing two things: 

• We will be issuing 200 Bloodbonds + 2-hour Chary contract (As we are unable to add contracts to Console players with our current tools, we issued a total of 300 BBs to the users instead.) as a general co...

As I mentioned, I am not a customer support rep, so I can only speak of the regulations I know of.

To my knowledge, when reports with evidence are submitted, in most cases, these are manually reviewed and may result in actions - depending on the conclusion.

The best you can do is to keep sending such reports and as much evidence as you can provide directly to our customer support on our website. I know there is a lot of info being spread about it not being useful, but on the contrary, the CS team is awesome and they take this stuff very seriously, so please don't believe everything you read! :)

I am not sure what is the exact case you talk about as I am not a CS rep, but even if an action has been taken, you would get an answer including the part about the privacy laws and no details on it, as it goes against GDPR to tell you what happened to the user's account. I know it sucks!

I try my best and send my powers to the net ops team.

But seriously we are working on it, I as well as other members of the Comms team try to send them as many reports of issues, useful information and problems as possible to help out with the investigation.

We tried to be as transparent about the rewards as possible. If I remember correctly we listed all possible rewards In the stream including permanent legendary unlock as well as instances of legendaries.

When I started streaming many years ago, I used to put my Twitch name in every league lobby.

I knew it was cringe, but it actually helped a lot building the foundation of my channel back then, so it worked out.

I feel like there is no harm to it, maybe you get to meet someone cool and watch them in the future!

As mentioned before, we have implemented some tentative performance fixes with Update 1.7.2 and feedback like this helps us with further investigation! :)
