Greetings Travelers,

With a new Last Epoch season comes a new round of Twitch Drops. Season 2 is no different - only there are more drops than before and we’ve got an all new “Support-A-Creator” campaign. So let’s dive right in.

Drops Campaign

Twitch Drops will be available for all streamers to activate and the campaign will run between April 2nd - 7th. We’re going to be doing drops a little differently this time. Instead of locking drops to specific days, all drops will be obtained via cumulative viewing time.

We’ve got 5 drops : 4 Skill Cosmetics and a Title. Shown off below.

Please check your in game Blocked list on the Socials Page (H), if you see your own name, you can use the /unblock command to fix that!

We have those reports and are looking into them, please do keep submitting In Game Bug Reports when these issues occur and point out if it’s after a certain amount of playtime, on certain maps or with certain mobs or skills!

So we have no intention of making this change at this time. It is possible to change our minds. The way you are attempting to do that is not effective. If you would like to accomplish your goal, here is my advice. I do understand that there is a language barrier here so I’m trying to help.

  1. Stop using words like “commandment” or “final judgement”. You are offering a suggestion. Something about how forceful you’re phrasing things makes me want to do it even less.

  2. “Because another game did it” is generally not a good argument. All of the systems works together and taking one element from another game and attempting to slot it in rarely works well.

  3. Use the phrase “when x happens, I feel y”. Sometimes the best solution isn’t obvious and phrasing the problem this way gives us the ability to look at the issue from different angles. Telling us the solution limits the scope of our investigation.

Our team is investigating something at the moment to see if it may be causing any issues. An In Game Bug Report would be helpful once you are able to log in after a few failures.

Hi there, from the way you describe this, the HUD being gone and the fact not even ESC works, I think you may have hit DEL (Delete) which disables the HUD and Main Menu, as well as hiding Loot Labels regardless of your Loot Filter settings.

If this happens again, please try pressing the DEL key to see if that corrects the issue. If it does not, after reloading, please submit an In Game Bug Report with all of this information. The IGBR Tool attached the .log files from the current and previous gameplay sessions so in instances where a reload has been necessary, our team can still access the data they need!

@Gamath @batista1405 Hello, can I ask if either of you are playing in just Offline and not True Offline mode, and if so have you submitted any In Game Bug Reports for these FPS drops?

Do they occur more often in certain locations, with certain skills or after a certain amount of time playing?

  • Resolved a recent issue that caused players to be unable to launch offline characters.

The team is currently working on a fix for this issue however I have copy pasted a workaround for players who wish to get in to the game;

If you are having issues loading Offline characters please try the following;

  • Verify your Steam Files
  • Assuming you are on Windows, you can go to this area on your PC:

Please make and keep a back up copy of your Save Folder before making any changes. You may also need to disable Steam Cloud Saves for the changes to take effect.

If you do not have a backup Save Folder and proceed to delete or edit the files causing further issues, we will not be able to help as these files are only stored locally on your machine and not on our Servers. You may be able to recover historical Saves from Steam following instructions at the bottom of this post.

The team was working on the Offline Character Issue late into the night and will be tackling it again as soon as they clock on today - I’m currently reading all of the information they have gathered and gathering information from players as well!

If you are playing in Offline, not True Offline mode, please submit an In Game Bug Report from the Character Select Screen after attempting to load in!

In Offline and True Offline - this is a known bug that the team is working hard to pin down and fix. The best thing to do if this is Online or Offline mode, is to submit In Game Bug Reports when the issue occurs. The data attached to those helps the team investigate.
