I don't believe it's available yet, though if there's sufficient interest I could see us either uploading a handful of individual tracks to YouTube, or uploading a WIP soundtrack to the website and making it available through the Account page of our website.

Firstly to clarify, you do get both bonuses while wielding an axe and a sword, so the cast speed is fully working as expected.

The attack speed is more complicated and one of those numbers is the result of a bug, so I'll go through each individually.

just sword (1.2 attack rate) in main hand gives 34%

The 1.2 attack rate is multiplicative (it's effectively a 20% more attack speed modifier) so combined with the 12% increased attack speed, this results in 34% increased attack speed as you observed. Nothing's wrong here.

same sword in off hand gives 12%

This is caused by a bug where attack rate has no effect if you don't have a mainhand weapon equipped, resulting in the 12% attack speed from the passive being your only attack speed modifier.

This is a bug with cast speed being incorrectly reflected in tooltip dps for some channelled skills.

Edit: the unique requires lvl 40. I don't know if that influences the chance to roll the unique if a gate staff shows up.

Your character does need to be at least the level required to use the unique in order to be able to gamble it. That means that for Plague Bearer's in particular you need to be at least level 40.

I think it's unlikely, unfortunately - if we provided a way for paying customers to see the entire game from that angle, we would have to perform a large amount of work ensuring that every zone in the game looks reasonable when doing so. For an indie team that's a large project with significant opportunity costs, and one that would likely limit the way in which we can optimize certain art assets.

Most abilities won't move you into you range first, so it's as if you're always holding shift. The ones that don't are light melee attacks, such as basic attack, swipe, and mana strike. For those you can either hold shift like in other ARPGs, or if you always want to stand still you can untick the "Move to melee attack enemies that are out of range" option at the top of the gameplay tab of the settings menu.
