Hello Keikakujin,

If you are unable to rejoin the server by using the standard link, you can try reaching out to our support team to look into it.

If you believe it may be due to a moderation action. As part of our code of conduct, we do not publicly discuss moderation actions in an effort to prevent further harassment.

In both cases, either with an account access issue, or an appeal, you can submit a support ticket here: https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1260807240890 . Appeals will be reviewed by someone other than the person who enacted the action in order to ensure a fair review of any actions.

A while back we posted a Dev Blog post on our Beesfriends: Community Guides and Moderators program. We like being open with what we’re doing and different programs we operate, so we’...

I’m pretty sure we put in a tick box in the audio settings so you could suppress these lines without turning off other stuff.

You can try deleting the graphics ini file.
You can check for unnecessary background programs.
You can run a virus and malware scan.

Chrome is also a surprisingly memory intensive program so that could be eating up a chunk. Sometimes it doesn’t seem like another program so that’s why I mention it.

Making sure the game is installed on a SSD really helps, especially with startup and zone transitions.

You can check the other major system components that could be causing problems, CPU and GPU are both key components.

You can update your system drivers from your hardware manufacturer’s website.

You can check for windows updates as they can sometimes cause problems.

If you have the anti virus program Avira, it can cause conflicts with any Unity Engine created game. Replacing that with another antivirus program or enabling Windows’ built in one can help.

Please keep all support requests on the forums. The discord channel specifical...

That’s on the lower side, it is the minimum amount listed on the steam system requirements page so it can run it. Ram is something that is shared by all the programs running on your computer so if you’ve got a lot of other things running (or one big thing), this might not play properly. This doesn’t use all 8GB but we figure with general system overhead, 8GB is about the minimum you should have to play.

I was talking to you on discord, please check your memory, how much do you have? Try closing everything else. You can also try deleting le_graphicsmanager.ini and it will automatically recreate it with default settings that might help.

From a quick look through the attached files, it looks like everything is set at default settings, which should start up fine. However it appears your system is running out of RAM, and going well into pagefile storage (about 10.5Gb). Try closing out any high demand programs you may have running in the background before opening Last Epoch. I’ve passed your log files onto our technical team as well for them to have a look at to see if they can see anything deeper in the files.

It looks like it successfully generated a crash log - Can you please add the crash log from “C:/Users/[Name]/AppData/Local/Temp/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/Crashes”?

Probably because it’s a fairly common response from us directly. We’re planning for a long life cycle for Last Epoch, so whenever a question is asked of “could ‘x’ happen”, the answer is almost always “maybe”, the future is a very long time. Accessibility such as subtitles is certainly something we want, but subtitles don’t help if the game doesn’t even work. While we certainly understand and appreciate different people’s priority for different items, there are currently higher priority items such as ens...

Hi Everyone,
We really appreciate all the time and effort you all have and will hopefully continue to put into supplying us with detailed bug reports. They are an integral part of improving Last Epoch.

I know it can be a little frustrating to see a bug report go not responded to and possibly not fixed for quite a while. I’d just like to assure you that we see all the reports here and they have been catalogued in our internal issue tracking system. We would love to be able to fix them all right away. Unfortunately we have to prioritize what we work on and while your reported bug might not have been fixed yet, rest assured it is on a list of things to fix.

Thank you

Two different things but we are working on snapshotting.

Cool, sorry for the confusion. I’m a little surprised that is how it’s working and I’m not sure why, but it is.

@Llama8

OK, so I just went in to test this all to make sure I was right and I’m not sure if this has changed from what is on live or not but in our current development build, all stat changes on your character are reflected live on Volcanic Orb after you cast it.

This is a direct contradiction to what I said above and I was just wrong.
