Can you please either type the error message or show us a screenshot?

We’re looking into this issue. In the meantime, restarting the game fixes the problem for most people. Thanks!

I’ve double checked the code, and everything is setup correctly. There is a “casting time” before the effect of Smelter’s Wrath actually starts (like all abilities) so I think that’s what is causing it to seem like it takes longer. Blacksmith’s Breadth worked as expected for me too.

Thanks!

Thanks, both Fire Shield and Flame Ward are instant cast skills, so I expect that’s what’s causing the issue. We’ll look into it.

Thanks, I’ve made a note of this internally.

Thanks for the report! I’ve made a note of this internally.

A full screenshot (contains the zone name and minimap) is enough-- you don’t need to take a picture of the world map (M).

Thanks for the reports everyone. We’re looking into this problem, but unfortunately it has been difficult. For the issues related to water we have some leads, but it will take more work. We haven’t seen the artifacts that are just caused by using skills internally yet.

For any new posters, make sure to upload your log file, and a screenshot of what zone you’re in and your build helps too.

This is a tricky balance to get right, so it may be a while before this is addressed. Thanks for the report!

We’re aware of a particular cause of this bug-- did you complete a monolith (and take the portal) after dying? Obviously you shouldn’t be able to take a portal while dead, but that bug can additionally cause what you described sometimes.

Comment

Thanks, both of these should be quick fixes.

This is due to a quirk of their AI-- they’re attempting to use their dash attack but there isn’t enough room to do so, so their AI gets stuck.

This should not be an issue in actual combat, or at the Training Dummy in Council Chambers, since there’s more room. I’ll see if we can move the End of Time training dummy. Thanks!

I appreciate the dedication and thorough report. Thanks!

Is 1920x1080 your monitor’s native resolution? I regularly play on Maximized Windowed (borderless) and don’t have this problem.

A screenshot of your game (F12 if you’re on Steam) as well as your whole monitor would be helpful. You can do that by pressing the Windows key and Printscreen, and the screenshot is saved to Pictures\Screenshots.

Thanks!

Could you be more specific about the Osprix in Ulatri cliffs? A screenshot of where it’s happening would be helpful.

The refuge guard is technically working as intended, it’s hard to see but the guard is still moving. It probably should wait before repeating the sound though.

There is a bug with the Echoes Inside node on Summon Wraith. The chance to summon a Flame Wraith or Putrid Wraith is only applying to the final Wraith summoned.

Thanks for the report!

We’re aware of this bug and are working on a fix. Thanks for the report!

Do you have a controller/joystick or other input device plugged in, besides your keyboard and mouse? The game may be switching between input devices and causing them to be unuseable.

If you post your log file after the issue happens I can take a closer look. Thanks!

I think the current intention is that minions that use skills cannot benefit from your other specialization trees, so Frenzy Totem is basically casting a base version of Eterra’s Blessing.

We recognize that this is confusing-- I believe the plan is to name the skills something else if a minion uses it and cannot benefit from your specializations. I’ll keep this interaction in mind next time it’s discussed.

I believe this problem is just due to a quirk in the AI of Skeleton Rogues. They have a dash attack which is high priority to use, but has a cooldown. They use melee attacks until the cooldown finishes, and try to dash. However, the rocks behind the Training Dummy are too close to allow dashing.

If you go into combat or the Training Dummy in Council Chambers, you should see them working properly. I’ll see if we can move the training dummy to somewhere nicer though.
