The patch notes documenting the change to magic damage called it a unique passive, no clarification that this restriction was removed there. So how do you expect the players to know about this change?

That's an unofficial wiki. Their tooltips almost never match the in-game tooltip, which I wrote in this case.
The way loss mitigation works is it calculates your chances of winning the game at the point the player goes AFK and refunds you based upon how high that chance is.
At 3:45, you are probably still 50/50, which means it would do a bit above the minimum amount of mitigation.
That is obviously a bummer. I'll take a look at what we have the floor set to on Monday, since we've increased variance (amount of LP gained/lost each game) it probably needs to be revisited because the values were set before then.

The challenge "the disrespect" is bugged aswell and cannot be completed.
I've had 2 succesful attempts that did not achieve the challenge, and multiple people on Reddit have made posts about it aswell.

This is intentional. For most of the epics that were rebalanced in 13.10 I tried to tune them to be reasonably strong items you should feel good about buying and also letting them stack because they should be reasonably balanced.
How? It's a unique passive shouldn't stack.

This was lowkey really good casting. You’ve gotta be able to hype up the hype moments for sure, but you’ve also gotta be able to convey the despair of whatever the f**k that was
I wish more regions were like this. I feel like most other broadcasting units are so quick to criticize mistakes in a way that’s grating. Celebrate the victors, gas them up, this is the product you’re there to enhance.
Save the overt criticisms for plays like this, not every random solo kill.

The guy who brought up code rewrites basically covered most of it really well but "serious overhauling" takes an absurd amount of time and incurs an incredible amount of risk for borderline invisible gains a lot of the time. The surrender system in this instance may have been a hassle to work on, but it also literally hasn't been touched since it was made over a decade ago (roughly) so its never been an issue and likely won't be in the near future.

Have seen a lot of players get confused on what's a remake vs. an early surrender and then they ask why they've lost LP for what they thought was a remake, etc.

Personally I feel like its almost always demoralizing. Either its the same person spamming the FF and the chat reminds you of that, or you see your carry/best player wanting to FF which makes you feel like its doomed.
