Vedius is also freelance. It allows them to stream & create their own content under their own brand.
In Sjokz case it was also because she was feeling like she was losing her social life iirc
Vedius is not freelance.

Yep, just a bug.
Do you need to be honor level 2?
For this Global Beta launch we will not be requiring a certain honor level to participate.
I noticed we could have been clearer on the Honor 2 requirement and I wanted to confirm that for the Global beta happening on Dec 7-8th and 14-15th there isn't an Honor requirement across all regions. This was something we adjusted based on player feedback. We'll monitor how it affects the tournaments.
Can I ask why?
We found that it was punishing a lot more honorable players who could not form a team because one of their friends/teammates did not qualify as opposed to being a punishment purely for dishonorable players.
Wait? You don't need honor 2 anymore? Makes more sense
Basically, we tried out a couple tests without the Honor restriction, and found that removing the restriction allowed a lot more Honor 2+ players to actually play. Since forming a team can be difficult, having one friend below the Honor line was keeping multiple high Honor players out. We still want Honor to be meaningful, but this restriction was doing more to hinder people who should be qualified than discourage people from losing Honor.
Sorry but could you answer people's question regarding honour? I haven't seen any riot response regarding this. Do you need to be lvl 2 to play this time? I can join and make a team but I don't want to join a team only to find out on Saturday that I can't play and waste 4 other people's time.
we have removed the honor restriction.
Is garena part of the global clash test?
Garena is not part of this beta.
What time will clash be on sunday? Same time as saturday?
yep
Definitely. Yusui and Olive both should have made the leap to LCS either last split or into 2020. They're both easily LCS caliber mid laners who would fare well in LCS if given legitimate, extended opportunities. Palafox/Insanity as a tier below them need a bit more time to round out.
Sad none of the LCS orgs care about these players and they just wither away through the years! Sucks!
I care about Academy AccomplishedCamel, I CARE.
I listed the advantages, but yeah
Sorry, was more adding onto your post to the original poster, wasn't trying to hijack your already great ideas!
The honor restriction has been removed.
2018 team wins hands down. AFK farming Nasus/Yi can't win the coordinated Clash environment.
Currently a bug, but should be fixed soon-ish. In the meantime, you should be able to invite them once they are online at the same time
They are players who have proven that they are suited for the pro player life. But they can still improve (NA is still better than OCE lol), no language barrier, and cheap.
Also the import rule improved for smaller regions and OCE is the most obvious one to draw talent from based on the reasons you mentioned, so good players that fall under the 'Inero rule' (unofficial name) are generally pretty valuable and a safe investment.
Nope, we removed the honor restriction.
Nothing is in stone, but for the first few rounds it will be this way.
And the Oceanian exodus continues. Man I'm so sad for OCE, there's gonna be no one left there soon, Shernfire, k1ng, Destiny, Lost, FBI, ry0ma already all gone...
You lost Lost in there!
Palafox is someone who I think could one day be an LCS caliber mid (probably would be just fine if they put him in LCS right now, tbh). He's legitimately talented, but has been hamstrung by having really bad teams around him.
Pala defs improved a lot and was absolutely one of, if not the strongest piece of GGSA last split, but not a Top 3 mid in Summer IMO. Personally I think GoldenGlue, Olive and Yusui were all better than him but he was still good. Mid is generally a pretty top heavy role (at least in NA) so his continued improvement and now moving to the talent moulding machine of C9 bodes well for his future.
