I'd go the other way around, hints of blue with more red in it. Primarily blue from what I picturing isn't what they want. Something closer to the original would be best.
I'd also like to know (for the lol wiki sake even) if this new rappel targetted interaction is intentional or bugged, targetted rappel not working anymore has a lot of the playerbase dropping elise for the time being.

I understand this but why is the solution green? White (specifically clear white) is bad because you see colors through it (so make it solid), however green/blue (which is far more common) just blends in with more on the map, it looks like river or sometimes grass and terrain trees, there is far less structures on the map for white to blend in. Also what about the complaints about blood moon E swapping from red to blue? Are you guys working on fixing the colors on that too?
This was traditionally an issue with Elise because some of her skins you would intentionally go because they blend in the river (DB, now bewitching and rose), or because the cocoon missile matched the neurotoxin one so you can cause panic flashes (blood moon was banned in LCS and later updated for that in the past, even tho DB does it too.)
Unrelated, but can you confirm the strange rappel changes being intentional? Rn target casting is flat out gone and we can’t tell if it was ...

White is generally not a good color for champs or VFX because it causes clarity issues. We are working on a update to that ability right now though
Can you (and anyone else affected by this) DM your League Client logs? It would help us triage.
