Mundo is certainly still a champion even when affected by GW. He's just 1 of 5 on his team. Even getting the enemy team to pay the GW tax is a pretty substantial win.
No champion should be able to 1v4 facetank because the enemy didnt buy a niche item

No because that's how our item system works. Many items exist to counter a champion strength, and many exist to enhance a champion's strengths. The trick is to find the balance.
There must be a VFX bug here because I'm not seeing a grievous wounds icon and we added about a dozen new ways to apply healing reduction... Hmm.
When yuumi is attached and hasn't attacked with her q or auto'd, is she considered out of combat. Does this fix you mentioned above fix her being able to heal while attached and proc moonstone?
yeah, if the ally themself is in champion combat, the fix should fix that.
Good suggestions. Moonstone Renewer is still bugged as well, so they need to fix that first.
Yeah, sorry for that, the item is still bugged if the user themself is out of combat and they try to renew the buff without damaging an enemy. It should be fixed for 10.24. The original heal instance if the user is out of combat functions correctly, but renewing the buff does not if the user stays out of combat (eg. soraka standing in the back healing, but not damaging anybody) :(
You say they "are being handled". Does this mean partnered tier 1/2 tournaments have been selected but not announced? When can we expect an announcement?

B) I would assume since they listed application links within the announcement that stuff is still being built out.

Focused testing won't arrive at quite the rules at play, though /u/DoransLab 's work is delightful to look at where it gets close enough in some parts :) . Both who you target with your attacks is important, and what other actions are occurring is important.
Most pertinently for the minion-champion swapping: It doesn't reset your current crit tracking value. Instead, there are two values: one tracked for "vs champions" and one tracked for "vs minions". So you can't build up against minions for usage against champions.
If the actual solution is discovered though, as a caution, that would be a significant prompt for us to change it. :P

A lot of them are presumably being handled by orgs that have already been doing a great job covering Amateur and my read of that announcement is that Proving Grounds will be covered by Riot and presumably some if not all of the Academy coverage will be as well.
So I don't have 100% confirmation, but I would say it's safe to say if you're looking for more NA League you'll have it.

First, I'm sincerely sorry that a change we made impacted your ability to play the game. That's never our intent. The change was made to prevent crashes in the game when people would edit their game configurations to use data that wasn't usable.
In the next patch, we're going to allow plays to scale their UI to up to 3 in the settings UI (which is a 50% increase in size). Additionally, we will support a larger range of values for players who choose to edit their configuration file. Hopefully this lets you play in the way that you are used to.
Please continue to let us know through the channels you have available as this stuff comes up. We very much care and very much want to make League a good experience for as many players as possible.

This is a good idea, it seems like they're trying to make LCS Proving Grounds more of an EU Masters type tournament which should be more hype. I assume teams like 100X and TSM's youth team will count for amateur teams as well, hopefully other orgs make their own youth teams as well

Thanks for the reply. I'll see if I can narrow it down to something more specific. One thing off the bat that I have noticed, is that sometimes for melee champions, the alternate cursor (the reticle looking one that appears when your attack range shows) that appears for player attack move doesn't appear. Instead, it is just the regular cursor. I experienced this yesterday but today it seems to be ok. Idk if the two are connected but figured coding be like that sometimes so yeah. Anyways thanks again.

I have a theory as to why Reddit hates everything:
The most active redditors are angry redditors
The angriest redditors are ADC mains
ADC mains have not had fun bot lane for years
If ADCs are too strong, jungle/top ganks occur frequently to get your ADC ahead. If ADCs are too weak, supports and tanks kill them without much effort
So why do ADC mains play ADCs? Because they hate themselves. Someone who hates himself probably hates everything else too.
In conclusion, ADC mains hate themselves and, by proxy, hate everything else too.
