We listen to constructive and healthy feedback.

We do not react or make change from threats, hyperbole, sensationalism, any negativity toward specific people (streamer or otherwise), and any other messages that are not constructive.

There are times when complaining about issues is helpful. I completely disagree with the generality that, "see! complaining constantly works." Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. Being constructive, kind, and communicating clearly increases the chances of having a positive outcome.

Streamers' job is to entertain. Sometimes it is entertaining to be negative, hyperbolic, sensational, etc. And there is an audience out there that enjoys that kind of content. However, whenever a streamer (just like any other player) chooses to communicate that way, then it's very likely that their overall message is lost or ignored.

We have a fix submitted to Apple that we expect to be available in various stores throughout the day. We posted some addition context in another thread: https://reddit.com/r/LegendsOfRuneterra/comments/ns3dur/\_/h0kws6u/?context=1

Hey folks, sorry about the radio silence.

Starting with the good news: We verified a fix late last night and it should be rolling out on the App Store throughout the day. This means you will need to update LoR via the App Store when the new version goes live in your country.

Additionally— when we are fixing an iOS issue, there are some factors which are out of our control (anyone familiar with the App Store approval process can relate).

I'll poke here again as soon as I see the update on my personal iPad, and hopefully we can all get back in to crush the 5 new Lab of Legends champs on our dang iPads. In the meantime, thanks for your patience— I know this has been a bummer.

Update: 2.9.1 should now be available o...

That makes sense to me. If you could have a Labs-exclusive reward, what kind of reward would you be most excited about? Are card backs the best, or something else?

Yes.

Can't promise the Guard Bots'll be gone though... ;)

Hey there, sorry I'm late to this one. We want to include both skins and prismatics in our PVE modes, but there are some technical hurdles we need to address before we can enable them.

Happy to explain the hurdles to some of the folks speculating in here, if they're curious. But the important part is: coming soon with many ™s.
