Unrelated question but is there any way we can share alternate art between all set versions of the card -- currently unable to use the new Fastland arts because I have the Ixalan ones crafted etc
This is a thing we want to enable. I don't have a timeline to give for it currently, because it will take an unfortunate amount of work to change, but it's something we want to do and talk about regularly.
Can you guys work on giving out the recent changes to sparky challenge. I started the game the same time as my girlfriend only difference she said she was new to magic when she started up her account, I said I was experienced.
Both of us went through the initial 5 duels leading up to Nico bolas and after defeating him, she was added to spark rank, I was put in immediately into bronze. I didn't ask to skip the tutorial, I was forced to by the system.
Her going through the tutorial has awarded her several packs, gold, a free brawl deck, jump-in tokens etc.
As a new player all of that would've helped me out but I started with nothing.
I've tried contacting support they said they don't give out free stuff. I'm not asking for free stuff, was just asking for what I had ripped away.
So would be cool if you guys could look into these rewards being retroactive to all players or those who "skipped" the tutorial or something.

Huh, the intent is that any skipping (including the automatic skip when you say you're advanced) should still provide the rewards. We'll look into it

Honestly, we don't have current plans for the remaining artifact lands, but we agree that we need to build some.

Hey, sorry you got hit by the Mastery Pass bug. We will have a fix for you and everyone else in that state, and we expect that to come out this week. When it does, you will get back-granted all of the rewards you should have been earning.
For context: There was a bug that affected 92% of players who bought the mastery pass between Oct 15th and Oct 23rd that prevents them from properly getting the rewards for levels they earn. Anyone who bought outside of that window is unaffected

FDN Constructed MWM - We're hearing you clearly here, and we're going to be changing this to an all-access event.
This was never intended to drive crafting or pack purchase; it was a last-minute change on our part due to scheduling issues, and we didn't think enough about how that change would impact players. We wanted this event to be a place for players to enjoy this fun, new set. Changing this to all access lets us hit that goal better.
Is there any word on what the fix will be? I'm assuming (and hoping) that those affected will be granted the items that they are missing/haven't received?

Why is there no update or even mention of the mastery pass issue? Currently with no fix I am missing so much and won't even have enough eyes for the mastery unlocks. Every single ticket has been closed by them with a "we're working on it". Meanwhile they are selling the next mastery pass. Frustrated.
I'm sorry you were hit by that bug. Our latest updates there are on Twitter, and the status is still that we've stopped the problem from happening to new players, but are continuing to work on a fix for the players who bought the pass during the window where the bug occurred. We expect to have a fix for players in your state out this week.
Honest question: What should we do here? Pulling it from pack collation feels pretty bad for anyone who wants it for Bo3 Standard (or heck, there's people playing that deck in Timeless right now). But I get that opening one feels bad if you're a Bo1-focused Standard player.
What's the more player-friendly option here?
One of the devs on the Arena team has the in-game name NotVeryGoodAtMagic. If you see that in mythic orange, don't believe it.
Quick update on this: We have deployed a fix that means new Mastery Pass purchases will work properly, players that purchased between 10/15 and that fix are, unfortunately, still unable to properly earn Mastery Pass rewards. We are continuing to work to solve that problem, and we will ensure that all players get all of the Mastery Pass rewards they have earned.

Resolved - We have deployed an update that fixes the bug with Duskmourn: House of Horror Set Mastery Pass rewards. Unfortunately, players who purchased between October 14, 2024 and today's update will still not receive rewards as intended.
We are continuing to work towards a solution, and are committed to ensuring that affected players will receive every Mastery reward they have earned.

Patch was delayed, but it is live as of ~20 min ago. If you're actively playing, you may need to relaunch to pick it up. (Make sure to use the launcher on desktop, or check the app stores on mobile)
