Hi Brumm

Can you please say in greater detail exactly what happens? Devil is in the detail :)

-Do you get the Planetary chart placed in your inventory?
-If so, what do you do with it?
-What happens after that?
-When you say you restarted 3 times, do you mean starting new games in different locations?

Thanks

Hi Angelica,

The way NMS tends to work with Multiplayer is friends can just drop in and out of your sessions, you do not need to start a dedicated MP session.

If people cannot join your game, in my experience it could be a few things.

-Your current status on Steam (are you set to invisible or offline for instance)
-Your Multiplayer settings within the menu, you choose who the game is open to, or even if you want MP on, check your settings in game.
-Could be steam account privacy settings, I would need to sanity check this with someone who is more familiar with the nuances of our networking.

What I can say is that if your friends can join you when you host a game the way you are, they should just as easily be able to join you games otherwise, unless settings your end are preventing them.

Many thanks

I kept getting defective ones. I don't have an exact count, but it was in the low twenties. This happens a lot in these missions. I usually give up at around 15, but yesterday I just kept going. Sometimes on a mission you'll find a good part only after a fe...

I swore I'd never do this kind of mission again, but I was weak and went ahead anyway. After finding over 25 broken devices, I finally gave up and abandoned the mission. I wish they would add some more mission types.

Hi Kicks, the % chance of that going wrong in that way according to us SHOULD be way below 1% :)

Can you tell me what part you were asked to look for? If you could write up exactly what you did and what the missions asked for and what happened along the way, that would be great.

May give us some ideas of where to look.

Thanks
