If you joined our final series of playtests on PTS, you should now see the Analyst Helmet in your inventory! Thanks for your support and patience, soldiers!

[ALERT] We're deploying a hotfix to correct an issue with the Outfit resource vendor in Sanctuary - all players in Sanctuary at the time will be briefly disconnected from the zone.

You should be able to immediately get back in after getting bounced.

🚨ESCALATION UPDATE🚨

EU Live servers are coming up now - ALL PC servers are now unlocked for play! Thank you for your patience, soldiers!

SolTech (Asia) is also unlocked.

We are working through a network issue in EU, and will unlock Miller, Cobalt, and Ceres as soon as it's resolved.

North America is unlocking now!

🚨ESCALATION UPDATE🚨

Final testing on PC LIVE servers is wrapping and we are about to begin unlocking region-by-region. North America servers (Emerald & Connery) will unlock first. Asia (SolTech) and EU (Miller & Cobalt) will follow once testing concludes.

[ALERT] We are extending PC downtime in all regions while we work to resolve an issue with our Content Delivery Network (CDN) so the update can be installed and thoroughly tested before going live.

No ETA at the moment, but we should have an unlock time to share very soon.

The EU hardware migration is running long and we're extending our downtime projection to properly test the new hardware and update. All EU servers (Miller, Cobalt, and Ceres) should unlock by 10PM GMT.

All other global servers are still on track to unlock at 1PM PDT.

Correct - ALL @planetside2 EU servers (PC/PS4). It also impacts EQ and H1 servers if you care about them too 😬

and fwiw, I let out an audible "f*ck" when I I received their update. I'm sorry for the delay.

Daybreak TechOps just informed us that the EU data center maintenance will need to be extended. At this rate, we still expect the @planetside2 Escalation update to be complete and unlocked in all regions EXCEPT EU by 1pm (Pacific). More updates soon.
