@Xavino33 Does this also happen to you during the tutorial?

@Helzart You mentioned that this has appeared in the same spot. Could you share with us a video clip of where in the tutorial this has occurred for you?

@Nicholas532 Hey there! Sorry for the issues. I checked out your support ticket to ensure it is in the queue and noticed you are getting Juliett 000000143. If you link your Xbox account to your Ubisoft account before launching the game, this should resolve the issue. You can link your accounts through either the Xbox Ubisoft Connect app or on our page here.

@Xavino33 Thanks for the update! If you have already tried Connectivity Troubleshooting to remedy the error, could you and @Helzart share with us a video clip where this has occurred for you during your sessions in the tutorial?

@teshtube I apologize that you're running into these connectivity errors, as well. Can you confirm the platform these errors are happening to you on?

If these connection errors are still present for you can I ask you to give all of the suggested steps here a try first and here if the initial steps haven't worked please? If after doing so you are continuing to experience various connection errors please let us know and we can open a support case for you to offer further assistance. Thanks.

Hey @mauquester and @OdinHeart - welcome the forums, and thanks for reaching out about this error. Thanks also to @TeshTube for keeping us updated on the status of the issue on your end.

I'd like to get this investigated further internally, as I've not seen this specific error message flagged up yet (as far as I can see). Can you answer the questions below for me? I understand some of you have given me some of these details already, so feel free to skip those ones (or filling them out anyway would really help me out) 🙂

Specific error code:
What was happening at the time - for example in-game playing the tutorial, choosing operators, on the main menu:
Platform:
Country:
ISP:
Steps performed from the general connectivity troubleshooting, and the port forwarding troubleshooting:

Please also include a screenshot of the error code. We've got a guide showing how best to take screenshots on each platform here, and you'll be able to attach the image in a response to this post, using the little picture icon next to the link icon.

Hey there folks.

The development team is actively investigating this issue at the moment.

If anyone is still experiencing this particular error code would you be able to confirm how often this is happening for you? Did you experience issues with any other Ubisoft services at the same time as this error? Have you been experiencing any other network issues and if you are able to capture a disconnection with this error code on video we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a link to it.
